The feature worked with the remote start but that was only available through the app. The 2021-2022 now have the remote start on the FOB. I would just recommend leaving the climate control on “auto” when you exit the vehicle so when you use remote start on the FOB you’ll get close to the desired cabin temperature.
On the 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited PHEV the remote start within 10 minutes if you don't get in. Page 6-12 in the owners manual. She has an SEL that for some reason has many more options than it should. I'll check out the owners manual. 10 minutes surely doesn't seem long enough to warm up the car, especially when it's below freezing outside.
