Honestly it's Placebo. Let's just say the fuel does indeed burn better, the difference in power produced would be insignificant to be felt, at least with a 1.5L inline4. Biggest scam they pull on you is, say they only have power variant of fuel (which is 15-20% more expensive) when you drive in to fuel up.
