Original problem: does not lock drivers side front and rear door using remote central locking. Manually locking drivers door only locks that door, i.e. no manual central locking of other doors. Once the card is off you should find a plastic sheet which has a seal which needs to be broken to gain access. Once inside the door frame there is a Torx screw holding the position of the handle/lock mechanism. Just slacken it off a bit and push the handle/lock mechanism towards the outer end of the door and tighten up.
