Setting look left / right to any key or button is the same result - I can't look around at all (haven't tried using the mouse to look but I'm not gonna use the controller and the mouse with this and not about to drive with the keyboard.

I don't think you can bind keyboard keys through controller setting (CMIIW). But you can try edit the controller.sii file and bind keyboard keys to definition. TBH I never try this but worth to try.

Euro Truck Simulator will not reverse. I just got the demo for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and although it is fun I have no idea how to reverse the truck. There seems to be no help anywhere on this and even when I hold down the S key nothing happens?
